Agreed x3 — I like Medium, but I was starting to feel like an outsider who just walked into a local saloon in the old west. I’m left leaning, but where has mercy gone when critiquing people's ideas? We don't seem to want to refer to kinder alternatives before we judge someone's character as evil— “perhaps this person has a different view point than mine” has been thrown out and replaced with “ You must be a racist, homophobic, privileged, transphobic, sexist bigot”
